2 Hour Fire Rated face side - Tested to B.S.476: Part 22 in a wall up to a size of 600 x 600mm

Material and Finish:

Door: 0.9mm Zintec steel

Powder-coated in white RAL9010 with satin finish. This is a tough finish which is easy to wipe clean

Hinge: 1 x Spring pin hinge and 1 x fixed pivot (Spring pin allows for removal of the door without any tools)

Lock options and locking:

Budget Lock – Features an 8mm square insert, opened with plastic T-key.

The lock is a 90 degree turn lock which provides a single locking point between the frame and the door.

Fitting Information:

The inner edge of the frame has pre-drilled fixing holes for easy fitting. Once fitted the fixings are concealed. Note we recommend allowing approximately 5mm over the panel size when creating your structural opening e.g. fit a 500x500mm size panel into a structural opening of 505x505mm. The door is removable to aid fitting.
