• Part L Compliant Choice (LT235): Achieves a U Value of 0.35 W/m²K, meeting the current regulatory requirements of Part L of the Building Regulations for new build properties.
Design, Function & Maintenance:
• Aesthetic Profile: Features a traditional, decorative frame with a flat lid, suitable for properties where a classic ceiling fixture is preferred.• Construction: Made from durable white injection moulded plastic, ensuring a seamless finish that requires no decorating or maintenance.
• Draught Resistance: The frame is fitted with compression seals that hold the lid firmly against the frame when closed, minimising heat loss.
• Operation: Easy to open and close with a simple turn of the catch.

Bought this hatch as a direct replacement for an existing one. Unfortunately, when the item arrived it was damaged but the company dealt with this immediately sending out a replacement the same day. It was easy to install and operates as expected. I cannot comment on the insulation value of the hatch as it's summer but it certainly looks superior to the original hatch.

This was purchased to replace another hatch that had badly yellowed over the years. Whilst lightweight the hatch is surprisingly strong when in place and in my opinion far superior to the one it was replacing. I covered the insulation with duck tape to extend the life of the insulation. Overall very pleased with my purchase, it was fitted very easily, quickly delivered and looks great in place

Excellent service from Jupiter Blue, delivered sooner than expected. The loft hatch is pretty decent quality for the price, but the main reason I purchased it was because it's the only one I could find in the required dimensions without forking out for a bespoke one, so I'm very happy, looks really smart too.
