• Dual U Value Choice: This range offers two distinct insulation levels, allowing you to tailor the hatch to your specific budget and thermal requirements.• Budget Choice (LT2): Achieves a U Value of 0.78 W/m²K - an economical choice for refurbishment projects.
• Part L Compliant Choice (LT235): Achieves a U Value of 0.35 W/m²K, meeting the current regulatory requirements of Part L of the Building Regulations for new build properties.
Design, Function & Maintenance:
• Aesthetic Profile: Features a traditional, decorative frame with a flat lid, suitable for properties where a classic ceiling fixture is preferred.• Construction: Made from durable white injection moulded plastic, ensuring a seamless finish that requires no decorating or maintenance.
• Draught Resistance: The frame is fitted with compression seals that hold the lid firmly against the frame when closed, minimising heat loss.
• Operation: Easy to open and close with a simple turn of the catch.

Arrived promptly - easy to fit - for the money great value - this is the second one I have bought and if needed I would buy another.

A really basic hatch with the same old polystyrene 'insulation' that was already in pieces when I opened the box. Added to this, once in place the lid doesn't fit and would need to pay someone to remove it and fit another one. The latch is loose and one has to actually keep it in place the pole otherwise it just flops in to the locked position but is a bto close. I have checked all the measurements and adjusted screws, got out a spirit level but there seems to be no cure for this poor quality loft hatch.

Fits like a dream and looks marvellous compared to the weathered and yellowed one that it replaced.
