The PD35 Contemporary Loft Hatch provides a sleek, maintenance-free solution, engineered with insulation that fully complies with Building Regulations Part L.
Thermal Performance & Compliance (PD35):
• Part L Compliance: The PD35 variant achieves a certified U Value of 0.35 W/m²K, fully meeting the current thermal requirements of Part L of the Building Regulations for new build properties.• Draught Sealing: The slim, hinged frame is fitted with compression seals designed to actively prevent draughts and reduce heat loss between the frame and the lid when closed.

Loft hatch arrived on time with no damage. Easy to install, nice fit between joists. Looks neat and stylish, and will have no draughts like my old wood/ply hatch

Hatch was on time with no damage,took me a couple of hours by myself to put up but it was easy. One problem was the aluminium ladder I already had installed, when I bring it down it hits against the insulation so a couple of cut outs should cure that. If you are looking for a new hatch cover then look no further than Jupiter Blue I recommend them.

Low profile, clean lines and simple to install. Lightweight pure white plastic, so easy to maintain (just wipe over - no more re-painting!)

For 25 years had a piece of board as a loft hatch had to push it up jiggle it and twist it to get it out to get in the loft. This is awesome really easy to use and insulated looks far better wish I'd had one years ago. Already fitted a ladder prior to having this so had to cut a small piece of the insulation where ladder comes down but still fantastic. Thanks

Ordered the loft hatch at the weekend and was delivered on the Tuesday After the courier had left the packaging was seen to be damaged at one corner and the loft frame was cracked, we contacted Jupiter blue and was asked to send an email along with photos of damage, two days later we were very pleased to receive a replacement. Great service from Jupiter blue would use again
