We inadvertently ordered the wrong size of these panels so I spoke to Jupiter Blue and they changed them and gave a full refund for the originals (less only return carriage). Excellent stuff!

Received item as promised, however it had a fault that must have occurred before it was packaged. After a phone call to report it a replacement came the very next day. Brilliant service - worthy of the 5 stars.

Next day delivery as promised. On looking a the panel it seemed a bit flimsy, but once fitted it worked fine, if a little stiff. Nice and sleek it blends into the ceiling. Would recommend.
