Premium Structural Specification:
• Enhanced Durability: Fabricated from 1.2mm thick, non-combustible Zintec steel, providing a more robust and rigid structure suitable for high-frequency access points.• Accessibility: Designed with a fully hinged door that is easily removable, facilitating unhindered access during complex maintenance or service installations.
Installation & Finish Quality:
• Frame Options: Available as a Picture Frame (PFS) for surface mounting or a Beaded Frame (BFS) for seamless concealment via plastering/jointing.• Finish & Maintenance: Coated in a hard-wearing RAL 9010 White satin finish, which is tough, easy to wipe clean, and provides a superior aesthetic ready for decoration.
• Rapid Installation: Supplied with pre-drilled fixing holes, streamlining the installation process into both wall and ceiling systems.

Good value panel which does the job. Ideal for boiler flue access. Quality is decent enough. I had plastic panels before and this hatch is much better.
