The TILE-HIN-TL is a premium, steel-fabricated Tile Access Panel, engineered with a hinged, tool-free removable door and an invisible touch-latch system for seamless access.
Access Mechanism & Dual Functionality:
• Superior Hinging: Features robust stainless steel, spring hinges which allow the door to pivot smoothly for standard access.• Tool-Free Removability: The hinged door can be removed in seconds without the need for any tools, providing maximum clear access (with door removed) for larger service work.
• Concealed Operation: Secured by a touch-latch mechanism, eliminating visible locks or handles to maintain an aesthetic tiled finish.
Material & Finish Preparation:
• Construction: Fabricated from durable Zintec steel white is powder coated white long-term durability.• Tile Ready Door: The door is fitted with a 12.5mm plasterboard insert specifically designed to accept tiles or other finishing materials to be securely bonded to the surface.
• Dimensions: *Reference to dimensions with door fitted vs. door removed is essential for calculating clear opening size.*
