Terms &
Conditions

The framework that governs how we sell to you, and what we both agree to.

Last updated: January 2026

This page (together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) sets out the terms on which we sell products through www.jupiterblue.co.uk to you. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

You should print or save a copy of these Terms for future reference. We may amend them from time to time, as set out in clause 5 — so check before placing each order.

About us & our products

Who we are and how we represent what we sell.

1. Information about us

1.1 We are Jupiter Blue Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06411066 with our registered office at Unit 86 Marston Moor Business Park, Tockwith YO26 7QF.

2. Our products

2.1 Images of products on our Site, in catalogues, specification sheets, and price lists are for illustrative purposes only. We've made every effort to display colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen renders them faithfully. Your product may vary slightly.

2.2 Packaging may vary from that shown.

3. How we use your personal information

We use your personal information only in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to read it.

Orders & changes

How a contract is formed, and when these terms can change.

4. How the contract is formed

4.1 Our checkout will guide you through placing an order, with chances to check and amend at each step.

4.2 After you place an order, you'll receive an order acknowledgement email. This does not mean we've accepted your order.

4.3 We accept your order when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email. The contract between us is formed at that point.

4.4 We reserve the right to decline any order or request further information.

4.5 If we can't supply a product — because it's out of stock, no longer available, or there's an error in the price (see 9.5) — we'll let you know and won't process the order. If you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.

5. Our right to vary these terms

5.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms. The Terms in force when you place your order are the ones that apply to that contract.

5.2 We may revise these Terms to reflect:

5.3 If revised terms affect an order you've already placed, we'll contact you with reasonable advance notice and explain how to cancel if you're not happy with the changes. If you cancel, we'll arrange a full refund including delivery, and cover return costs for products you've already received.

Cancellation & refunds

Your statutory rights, exceptions, and the cancellation window.

6. Your right to cancel and refund

6.1 You have a legal right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, during the period set out in 6.3. If you change your mind, you can notify us and receive a refund. Advice on your legal right to cancel is available from your local Citizens Advice or Trading Standards office.

6.2 This cancellation right does not apply to:

6.3 Your cancellation period starts on the date of the Dispatch Confirmation. The deadline depends on what you ordered:

Your contract End of cancellation period
A single product (not delivered in instalments) 14 days after you receive it
Multiple products or instalments on separate days 14 days after you receive the last item
Regular delivery over a set period 14 days after the first delivery

To cancel, let us know. The easiest way is to download and complete the cancellation form — a link is included in your Dispatch Confirmation. You can also use the contact form, call us on 01937 325 325, or write to us at the address above. Please include your order details.

6.4 If you cancel:

Delivery & price

Where we deliver, when, and how prices are set.

7. Delivery

7.1 We'll contact you with an estimated delivery date — typically within 30 days of the Dispatch Confirmation. Occasionally delivery may be affected by events outside our control (see clause 13).

7.2 If no-one is available to sign for delivery, our courier will leave a note explaining that the products have been returned to their depot.

7.3 Products won't be left unsigned-for or with a neighbour without your explicit prior instruction.

7.4 Delivery is complete when we deliver the products to the address you gave us.

7.5 You own the products once we've received payment in full, including any applicable delivery charges.

8. UK delivery only

8.1 We don't deliver outside the UK.

8.2 You may place an order from outside the UK, but it must be for delivery to a UK address.

9. Price and delivery charges

9.1 Prices are as quoted on our Site at the time you place your order. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct.

9.2 Prices may change over time, but changes don't affect orders already placed.

9.3 Prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current UK rate.

10. How to pay

10.1 You can pay by debit card, credit card, or PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.

10.2 Payment and delivery charges are taken in advance. We won't charge your card until your order is dispatched.

Guarantees & legal

Liability, manufacturer cover, and which law applies.

11. Manufacturer guarantees

11.1 Some of our products come with a manufacturer's guarantee. For details, please refer to the guarantee supplied with the product.

12. Our liability to you

12.1 If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for any loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence.

12.2 We supply products for domestic, private, and commercial use. You agree not to use them for resale.

13. Events outside our control

13.1 We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by an event outside our reasonable control.

14. Other important terms

14.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract to another organisation, without affecting your rights or our obligations under these Terms.

14.6 These Terms are governed by English law. Any contract for purchase through our Site, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, will be governed by English law.
