The SP3 is a made to measure insulated steel push-up loft hatch with a simplistic design.
A bespoke loft hatch with a powder coated zintec steel, smooth white maintenance-free finish. It requires no painting, and fits almost flush to the ceiling.
The hatch is insulated with a 50mm deep fire resistant mineral slab.
It is draught sealed between the frame and lid to reduce vapour and warm air leakage.
The loft trap frame and lid are white in colour to RAL No. 9010 with 20% gloss.
The box packaging is 100% recycled and recyclable. Fitting Instructions are included.
The Insulation used is CFC & HCFC free, ODP zero and compliant to Eco Homes standards of a GWP (global warming potential) rating of zero.
Maximum size for fire rating is 755x555mm. We can manufacture in the same design up to 900x600 but this does not carry certification above 755x555mm.
Please note the SP3 is not hinged and cannot be used with any of our loft access ladders.
