Fire Rated Riser Door - 2hr Fire Rated
Tested from both sides of the door
Riser door with 2 Hour Fire Rating both sides - Tested to B.S.476: Part 22.
30dB sound reduction as per standard BS EN ISO 10140-2.
Made to order in sizes from 600 x 400 - 2000 x 800mm in a single door version or 2000 x 1300mm as a double door version
Material and Finish:
Frame: 1.2mm Zintec steel
Door: 0.9mm Zintec steel
Powder-coated in white RAL9010 with satin finish. This is a tough finish which is easy to wipe clean
Hinge:
Zintec steel piano hinge - bolted to allow removal of the door
Lock options and locking:
Budget Lock – Features an 8mm square insert, opened with metal T-key.
Tamper Proof Lock – Castellated insert, opened with shaped metal key. (See image gallery for comparison of the lock options)
The lock is a 90 degree turn lock which provides 3 locking points between the frame and the door.

Fitting Information:
Please note the opening needs to be lined with 12.5mm fire board. The lined opening needs to be +10mm the size of the riser door e.g. fit a 1500x800mm size riser door into a structural opening of 1510x810mm.
The inner edge of the frame has pre-drilled fixing holes for easy fitting. Fixing holes are located 40mm from the front of the panel face. Once fitted the fixings are concealed. The door is removable to aid fitting.

Good bit of kit. Used in the eaves of a townhouse. Hatch removed,hole enlarged vertically and horizontally. New timber frame installed and new door installed in about 90 minutes
