Durable, secure roof hatch for occasional rooftop access, daylighting, and ventilation. Ideal for maintenance, inspection, or escape routes.
Key Features
- Enables safe access to flat roofs (up to 15° pitch) Can function as an emergency exit or partial vent (via manual spindle)
- Gas-assisted opening (85°), hinged on the long side
- Lockable handles (internal/external)
- Glazing**: Double or triple, skin polycarbonate in clear or diffused
- 150 mm splayed PVC-u (SF15/BF15/BF30) – for infrequent access (vertical kerb option recommended for frequent use.
