The DUPLEX-SP-90 is a heavy-duty access panel providing a superior 90-Minute Fire Rating and thermal insulation, designed for ceilings where high compliance and secure access are paramount.
Fire Safety & Compliance:
• Fire Rating: Certified to a minimum 90-Minute Fire Rating (tested from the front, single side) to B.S.476: Part 22 by a UKAS approved Test House.• Building Regulations: Fully complies with Part B of the Building Regulations for fire safety.
Construction & Security:
• Material: Constructed with a robust 1.2mm Zintec steel frame and a 0.9mm Zintec steel door for enhanced durability.• Insulation: The door cavity is filled with mineral wool insulation, providing thermal performance rated to a 0.55 U-Value.
• Hinge: Fitted with a strong Zintec steel piano hinge.
• Locking System: Secured by a robust 3-point locking mechanism, operated via a restricted T-key for enhanced security.
Sizing & Finish:
• Max Size: Available up to a maximum size of 1300mm x 900mm.• Finish: Supplied powder-coated in White RAL 9010 with a satin finish, ready for installation.
