The 14-day window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a purchase for a refund. To qualify, items must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging.

Tip: photograph items before shipping, and use a tracked, insured service. It protects both of us if anything goes astray.

What we can't refund

A few categories sit outside the 14-day right of return:

  • Bespoke / made-to-measure items
  • Customised access panels
  • Clearance products
  • Roof domes & lanterns
  • Items with unsealed packaging

Cancellation fees

If you cancel after dispatch but before receipt:

  • Parcels £25.00 + VAT
  • Pallets £70.00 + VAT

  • Order number
  • Reason for return

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights. We can't refund postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
