Good quality construction. Made exactly to size in a couple of weeks. Helpful office staff when I had a query. I think good value for a made to measure item. Not fitted yet, but don't anticipate a problem (unless I measured incorrectly!)

Excellent service. Delivery made prior to estimated date

Bought a loft hatch and had a problem with the colour as it was not white. They were excellent in their response and had it collected from my address investigated and sent me another one. On expecting it was the same as the first one an off white which really shows up on a newly painted ceiling. I contacted them again and said I was not happy and could I return for a refund which they said was fine but the cost of postage is mine, which was not good as the cost could be quite a lot.
