initially ordered access hatch for flue but ordered wrong size. Jupiter Blue were absolutely fantastic to guide me through correct size, place order and have original ones collected. Access hatches very good quality and extremely happy with purchase and customer service.

Brilliant company. Ordered a made to order loft hatch and was worried it wouldn't fit but on the day it arrived, removed the old hatch and surround and the new slotted in perfectly. A testament to my measuring skills and Jupiter Blur's build quality!

Great product, clearly described on web site, good price, quick delivery and well packaged. I had one query on the size (slight mismatch between product video dimensions and product page) which was answered very promptly via email.

Great service and product. Fixing screws were missing, but after contacting them, they were posted and arrived the next day. Very well made product, and easy to fit. Recommended to my neighbour who is thinking about changing his loft hatch.
