I bought a custom-made loft hatch (fire rated) and it looks really well built. Not installed it yet but I am satisfied with the hatch and expect no problems during the installation.

I bought the AT15 airtight loft hatch. It seems well designed: the metal frame is surprisingly thin and seemed vulnerable to damage prior to being fitted but should be fine now it is in place. The hatch seals very convincingly - you have to push it firmly to get it fully closed. I made a lightweight template the size of the hole specified which made fitting easy. This is the first time I've used this company and the service and product were both very good.

Excellent service from this company. The first loft hatch I ordered was received damaged. I sent a photo of the damage to the company and a new unit was despatched immediately. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company.

Very well constructed and fitted beautifully. Would have been nice for some rubber washers to be included, as they allow tightening without distorting the frame . Sound proof and insulation qualities are brilliant. Will be buying another one.
