I ordered a bespoke insulated loft hatch, and popped into the prepared opening over the weekend. It looks brilliant, and the Mrs is really pleased the cold draft has now gone from our stair landing space. Quality product, reasonable cost, what more could you ask for?

Initially had to phone to get advice as my loft opening was wider at one end than the other. Query was answered quickly. Placed on line order and the hatch was delivered about 5 days earlier than expected. The packing box had a massive rip in it, but contents were fine. Didn't take long to install. Fits perfectly, looks great and most importantly there are no more drafts. Would have been nice if packing material had not been polystyrene. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a bespoke loft hatch from Jupiter Blue after being quoted stupid money for a new one by tradespeople - great instructions for getting the right measurements and really easy to fit. Actually took longer to get out of the box than it did to fit! Great quality, looks fab I would definitely recommend !

I asked a question using the "ask a question" option under the product but no response at all. So don't bother to use that option!!! Ordered only the loft hatch; agree it is an ok product for the price charged and went else where to buy the loft ladder. Had they responded to my query, l might have gone for the loft ladder also from same supplier, good that they didn't response;-) got a better product from else where.

Ordered 2 loft ladder poles in May. One of the plastic ends snapped recently. I contacted them to advise and I received an immediate response apologising. A new pole was despatched and then received next day. Fantastic service … and all on an item costing less than £20.
