Got exactly what I ordered in good time. I ordered a custom sized loft hatch. It looks great now it is fitted. It was a good job it was well packaged, with lots of polystyrene surrounding the item as the cardboard box that it was in was in poor condition. Probably caused by the courier, resulting in a small dent to the frame, which did not affect the appearance. Overall a fantastic product.

Very good delivery box's were delivered on time looks a very good trap door Have not fitted yet will fit in new year David
