A great sturdy large access panel was produced to a specific size and fitted in very neatly, painted white and metal, a a great product providing access to a large home booster pump.

Excellent service - both the loft hatch & 3 section ladder reasonably priced / good quality - all installed in less than 2.5 hours

Ordered a made to measure Insulated Loft Hatch. It was to replace a wooden one that didn't fit very well and was quite draughty. Expecting delivery to be 2/3 weeks - actually delivered within 10 days. My builder fitted it yesterday and I am very impressed. Seems really well made and very sturdy. I ordered the wider frame (50mm) and I am glad I did as it fits perfectly and I haven't got any unsightly marks on the ceiling. Overall a great experience with Jupiter Blue and while I hope I never have to get another Loft Hatch, I wouldn't hesitate to use them for other things I may need in the future.

First class service and communication

I used Jupiter Blue for some tile access panels but were not suited for the job I needed . They were very accommodating and sent me a returns slip and package was picked back up , the refund was in my account in a few days . Would hope to use them in the future. Paul Oakcroft Ceramics
