This roof access hatch was recommended by my roofing company on this website. Loads of banners on the website (which was easy to use) offering free shipping, but when I went to order a delivery charge was added!!! One of my pet hates, don?t state it?s free shipping unless you mean ?free shipping?, which is why it?s 4*. I?m pleased with the product and it arrived on time. Contacted customer service who did respond in a timely manner but didn?t address my complaint about the shipping charge. I like that the company make a donation to charity and overall am pleased.

Ordered a new access panel from Blue Jupiter in a custom size (600 x 450) and it was delivered just a week later. Very good quality with various fixing holes you can use, plus a removable door from a spring-loaded hinge. Fitting was easy and the panel looks great.

Bought a loft hatch but when I unpacked it the hinge was broken. Phoned up and straight away was told another one would be sent free of charge ASAP. Arrived within a couple of days. Very please with the service I received and the new loft hatch looks good. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Excellent product (Custom Loft hatch) and arrived well packaged and with a perfect fit. My only gripe is the very slow delivery and no information on dispatch or tracking of item...I had no idea when it was due to be delivered.

I bought a bespoke loft hatch. The measuring instructions were clear. It was easy to order and turned up on time and in good condition. It?s a 2 man job to install but easy for my son to do with me holding it in place. I?m very pleased with the result - so much better than the cheap plastic hatch which was falling apart.
