Jupiter Blue gave advice and helped confirm the specification of a new loft hatch and ladder. Once ordered, this was delivered promptly. The quality of the materials and construction is good. The ladder (from a third party supplier) had some minor damage to one of the feet. Jupiter Blue dealt with this without any hassle, and a replacement part was received from the supplier a few days later.
