Custom hatch was as described on the web site and very well made. Much cheaper than some of the alternatives on other websites and I would use them again without hesitation. An email to tell me it had been despatched would have been nice, but it did arrive with the time scale promised.

I ordered a made to measure hatch the order process was excellent, the product is very good I had to remove a star as I was never contacted to confirm the item had been dispatched as promised when I ordered the item. I was annoyed I had to go to my post local office to pick it up.
