Ordered a made to measure drop down hatch and followed the measuring instructions given on Jupiter Blue website. Hatch arrived a day earlier than estimated which was a pleasant surprise ! Packaging was superb and the hatch itself was a real work of art. Excellently made and fitted into my loft opening perfectly. Took approximately 10 minutes to fit and looks stunning ! I would not hesitate to recommend Jupiter Blue to anyone looking for a custom made loft hatch. These guys are the best ! Gaz, Liverpool.

So far, so good! Good product range, fair pricing, easy to order and pay online, delivery came when it said it would and the goods are exactly as described. Quality items, should do the job just fine. Not fitted yet, so I can't comment on the operation of the doors, but nothing to suggest they will be anything other than good.
