Great service and product.

Product (loft hatch) arrived the day before the expected delivery date, well packed and not damaged, therefore no complaints from that point of view. The reason for not giving five stars, was that delivery company texted me an hour before delivering the loft hatch, I was not at home. I then received another text to say the parcel was delivered and left at number 1. When I arrived home, called at number 1 and they knew nothing about it. Tried number 1 in the next road, they knew nothing about it. Contacted Jupiter who said they would contact the delivery company for clearer instructions. Anyway two days later, I went around to the side of the house and there it was, left over the side gate. Frustrating, but all's well that ends well I guess.
