I purchased the combined heavy-duty loft catch with pole, and was initially disappointed that the pole couldn't operate the catch. Phone up Jupiter Blue and they promptly sent out the correct pole on next-day delivery. Impressed by customer service and would purchase from them again.

I fit loft ladders/hatches for a living and jupiter blue are good quality loft hatches cheaper than anywhere, fast delivery and thet even text me when it had been delivered. 10/10 jupiter blue thankyou will be using you again.

I'm not going to lie. Ordering these for the hatches that access the voids in my loft conversion were a bit of a punt...(I ordered 4) After all I ordered loft hatches. But I couldn't be happier, they came in exactly the right size, they are extremely well made and keep the cold totally at bay... Qualty product, quality service, buy them, you wont be disappointed.

I ordered an access panel online, and it arrived the very next day with no delivery charge. Now that's what I call service. The hatch was safely delivered in accordance with spec. It took two people to get it into place as you suggested, but once achieved it was in place it was quick and simple to complete the job. Drafts now stopped and loft access much safer than before
