Delivery was on time as predicted by the supplier. Initial impression was that the product was flimsy, but proved wrong. Installation was very easy, note: needs 2 people but not for long. Screw holes are flexible enough to allow for quite a bit of take up, should the loft hole be a bit larger that the loft hatch. Being white plastic, it can be masked prior to decorating. Overall well worth the low cost over rebuilding the loft hatch. Recommended
