I haven't fitted this yet - but it looks pretty straightforward. Prompt, simple efficient ordering process and delivery, though. I had one technical question answered verbally prior to purchase by their sales team and the salesman's knowledge of the product impressed m. This led me to make the purchase in the knowledge that back up is available if I require it.

Excellent product, very impressed with the quality and it fitted like a 'glove'! One constructive comment would be that the loft hatch internal frame would be better being a bit higher (or deeper) to allow the existing fixing screw holes to screw into ceiling loft joists instead of the height of standard plasterboard ceiling. This was easily adapted with higher drilled holes, worked out fine and looks great.

I was randomly searching for suppliers of loft hatches when I found Jupiter Blue - I say 'randomly' only because it is something I was thinking of buying in the future. Serendipitously, while browsing their products, I found they supplied inspection hatches, of various sizes, too. I had been racking my brains as to how I could enclose the pipes to a new shower installation (as part of an overall bathroom renovation project) yet still have easy access to the plumbing without compromising the aesthetics of the tiled enclosure I was planning. This was the perfect solution and I didn't even know that such things were available. As it was so reasonably priced I sent for one immediately and received it in very short order. I've since found that they do sell these items locally but the prices were astronomical - so I'm glad I found Jupiter Blue. When I get round to replacing the loft hatch, I will definitely be buying it from Jupiter Blue!

Sadly the item arrived with damage to a corner, took a couple of pics give them a call, emailed the pics also explained that l had got the sizes wrong and it wouldn't fit. Refund given. Found the staff polite helpful and would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again x
