Really impressed with the service I received and the loft hatch I purchased. Very helpful and good communication throughout. The loft hatch is finished in RAL 9010 which matches the Dulux matt I painted the ceiling, good attention to detail too, the door and frame are tapered slightly on the hinge side to prevent the seal being forced over itself when it's closed. Loft hatch delivered extremely well packed. Ordered sizes were spot on. Easy to fit, with the aid of my son. Looks very good.

1 Requested a replacement part for a product purchased three years earlier. No argument, no cost and received the part by post the following day. 2 Incredibly, they sent an additional complete assembly FOC as well. 3 Ordered a new product Feb 2015, arrived the following day. Slight problem with it but quickly resolved 'in house' at my end. Company notified. 4 Fantastic, polite and professional service on the phone. 5 Three other companies supplied the above product but it was unfit for purpose and non compliant with legislation. * They could even understand my Stockport accent! Keep it up lads, but if you screw up I will become your mother in law in a bad dream!

The hatch arrived pretty quickly, but I was suprised to find no paperwork with it whatsoever. It wasn't particularly well protected in transit, so I feel I was quite lucky for it to have arrived without a mark. Perhaps they feel they can trust their chosen courier? The lack of fitting instructions won't be an issue as it will be easy enough, but I chose this particular hatch as it is compliant with building regs for new build, so I was expecting something in black and white to say that. I can always print off the eBay listing, I guess, but that's not particularly professional. The hatch itself is good. A nice moulded edge and a nice finish so it will look good when fitted. They offer a good range of sizes and insulation values, but just a shame it's lacking the professional finish to their service.

The product is well made and exactly as described on the website so I'm pleased I chose Jupiter Blue. Their carrier let them down, sending the parcel to York rather than Nottingham so the 'next day' delivery didn't happen but the fault was with Interlink. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Made to measure loft hatch was well made and finished to a good level. A lot better quality than I had expected. After sales service excellent also. Loft hatch delivered on Thursday supposed to come with pole and key but did not. Spoke to them Friday, they apologised and said it will be with you Monday. It was delivered Monday morning before noon. Their product and service is excellent.
