Ordered a made to measure loft hatch and a standard size ladder. The people I spoke with were very helpful and the goods were supplied within the timescale I was given. The products look to be of real quality and were easily fitted by my builder. Overall an easy company to deal with, that delivered a quality made to order product. I would use again.

We were clearing the loft and noticed how damp everything was which was probably caused by condensation as there were water droplets on the roofing felt. Obviously warm damp air was getting into the loft and condensing on the felt. One place it could have been from was our old loft hatch which was a very poor fit, and not really fit for purpose. We went on line and found Jupiter Blue who make bespoke loft hatches. They are a fantastic company to deal with, very friendly and helpful, so we ordered one to our specification. It duly arrived on time a week later, we fitted it the next day (it needs two people); it's a piece of cake to fit and looks great. Ordered a loft hatch with next day delivery. Unfortunately the hatch arrived damaged. Contacted Jupiter via email, almost immediately received a reply asking for a photo of the damage. Emailed the photo over and within minutes received a reply saying a replacement will be sent out for next day delivery. Next day it arrived undamaged. Brilliant service.
