Unfortunately, it got damaged in transit, but when I phoned Jupiter Blue it agreed to send another one, and unprompted, upgraded my delivery to a morning slot the next day to ensure I had the product quickly. Excellent frame with door to hide cold water pipework. Easy to fit and is far superior to the plastic variants, which it replaced.

Excellent quality, easy to fit (needs two people to lift ideally, or grow more hands). For advice (and this is probably because I'm a bit thick) the two alternative frame sizes (25mm and 50mm) refer to the depth of the frame going up into the gap to fix onto the joists, not the width of the frame around the outside on the ceiling! But if I got it fitted anyone can, it looks great, ! Totally recommended.
