Good product fitted perfectly and good delivery too

Buyer beware I purchased an attic hatch with what I thought was a 'tri-lock '(lock with 2 shoot bolts ) giving 3 fixing points In fact the description on the website was 'tri-drive lock ', which turns out to be a single central catch operated by a triangular key lock. I am replacing an existing hatch cover with a similar central catch which does not now close flush Out of interest I looked up tri drive in the dictionary, 'a three axle vehicle'. (3moving parts) In this case a single triangular key catch.

Very easy to deal with, I place my order over the phone and I was given a lead time for delivery which arrived on the delivery date specified.

A very nice lift hatch but it would be much easier to fit (especially lone working) if the lid could be fitted after the frame was in place. Fitting the frame with the lid attached is quite difficult.

I have used Jupiter blue custom loft hatches now in two houses. I strongly recommend them. They are very well made, very easy to fit and good value for money. They look really good in place on the ceiling and have good insulation. Highly recommended.
