Very good product. I have not fitted it yet but the quality looks great and the loft hatch has been manufactured to my specs. The only reason I didn't give a five star rating was the lack of communication. I was not given an estimated delivery date. I was not informed when the package was dispatched. The first I knew about it was when I arrived home to find a failed delivery note from Parcelforce. I then had to arrange a re-delivery to a suitable date.

Overall a good custom unit, but would be better if door could be removed whilst fixing since unit is pretty heavy. The seal around the trim is lower than the edge of the trim so can't see how that's ever going to seal, I ran sealant around the edges.

Recently fitted in garage after boarding and insulation, looks great!
