Very pleased. Measuring instructions were very clear and the hatch came millimetre perfect. Easy to install. Would strongly recommend.

My loft hatch was easy to install, it fitted perfectly and looks great. The best moment was getting rid of the "temporary" hatch that I made twenty years ago and hadn't replaced because I couldn't find a good quality hatch the correct size that was insulated and airtight. All of those problems were solved when I stumbled across Jupiter Blue. There was no problem, I filled in all the measurements on the website according to the instructions, paid online and the hatch arrived, well protected, within seven working days. I am very pleased and would happily buy from them again if the need arises.
