Just fitted a 300x300 picture frame, took door off, scribed, cut the hole to size and fit with silicone and screws the re installed the door. The door latch was a bit of a problem closing because the latches were not in place properly but after a bit of fiddling and tightening a few little screws it closed. Client is very happy and finishes the job of to look smart. Very happy with the ordering and delivery process overall very competent company and would highly recommend their products. They are much better than the plastic one you get a big brand tool stores.

TBH I was a little bit disappointed with robustness of the hinge pins The door cannot be removed for fitting, so must be fitted whilst open! So when fitting alone you need to hold and fix the frame, the hing pin snapped and the door fell out I had to glue the door back together

Very nicely made , very pleased with door.

Had a slight issue with a mark that wouldn't budge on a loft hatch, but item was swiftly replaced, and looks miles better than the old wooden hatch. Excellent customer service, quick delivery and would recommend this company.

Easy ordering and delivered quickly. The loft hatch does what I want it to do but is easliy distorted when fitting. Needed time and patience to get it squared and working properly. It seems to use the rafers to give it the rigidity needed for use. A heavier frame plastic or metal subframe would probably solve the fitting problem bu obviusly would be at a cost.
