A really simple buying process to get a custom made loft hatch the looks amazing.

Good product, not cheap but you get what you pay for. Non existence communications I emailed twice and left voice messages, NOT one was answered!!!

Ordered on line to replace an existing plastic hatch. Delivered on time and well wrapped. Had to insert a baton to ensure a snug fit into existing opening, but knew I may have to do that. Fits close to the ceiling and overall very pleased with product and whole process.

The loft hatch is sturdy and well made. I sought assistance from Customer Services regarding sizes. As I was going away I decided to order it when I got back however customer services failed to tell me there was going to be a price increase. If I had known this I would have ordered it prior to going away.

Great value for money. Similar price to those available in DIY stores but much better quality. Very easy to fit. Quick delivery as well.

Low quality panel. The plastic hinge broke while the door was being installed. Had to get a replacement from flipfix. Still have your panel f you want it back

A well made bespoke loft hatch which looks good and had to cowith two people was easy to fit The only thing that let it down was the delivery by Parcel farce. So as i could complete the project on time and after a number of failures by the courire to deliver on appointed days and times, I had a 30 mile round trip to collect from their depot. Please bear this in mind if working to a deadline and order early!
