I ordered a made to measure replacement loft hatch from Jupiter Blue. Emma couldn’t have been more helpful in responding to my queries and making sure I ordered the correct product with a double lock. My loft hatch was delivered promptly and fits perfectly. It’s clearly been manufactured to a high standard and has made a remarkable difference to the insulation of the property. Great company to deal with.
