Great ordering and packaging / delivery. Slightly confused by two types of delivery for orders, tiles from one place and grouting from another. But all worked out well.

Very good product, very quick and,well packaged excellent

Good : 1. Website information and ordering process; 2. swift delivery; 3. overall quality of product. Not good: 4. Upon opening the delivered package one corner of the 25 mm wide flange was found to be bent up by something like 30 degrees. Packaging not obviously damaged. Managed to unbend it to an acceptable extent as needed to fit the hatch then and there. Otherwise would have returned it. 5. Plastic key for budget lock works just fine but doesn't give same perception of quality as the metal hatch. 6. The exposed surface of the glass fibre (?) insulation is friable. It would be better if it had a facing as it is easy to rub against the exposed surface when going up into the attic.

Our new loft hatch arrived extremely well packaged and looked great. The quality was excellent and it literally took 10 minutes to fit. We couldn't be happier. We'd put off replacing our old sagging loft hatch as we thought it'd be a nightmare due to having an odd sized opening to the loft. We couldn't have been more wrong. You deserve your 5 stars.

Purchased hatch and ladder but after at least 5 months of sitting in garage I finally fitted them. But realised there was no key for the hatch, so a couple of emails to Jupiter Blue who found my order and offered to send me the key. I opted to purchase the 1m long pole (at a discounted price) as I have high ceiling and had purchased hatch and ladder. I would like to say customer service was excellent. This should be the benchmark for all companies. Special thanks to Emma who felt with my query.
