Received the item on time and suitably packaged. The item which came being 700mm long and even with my height of 2m, I could not reach the ladder to pull it down. I removed the head and fitted it to my existing pole. This allowed both my wife and I to connect it to the ladder and pull it down/push it up. Now able to use loft again.

I haven't opened the box yet as I will not be installing until next month

Unfortunately, the loft hatch which was the correct size for aperture , was not it was too big , after lots of filling and sanding I got it to fit , and honestly it does seem very flimsy aswell.
