A great looking product, well protected which makes a pleasant change as couriers destroy most items.

Disappointing. Whilst the overall finish is smart and looks good in place, I can see daylight around the door suggesting it is not sealing properly and therefore letting heat through into the loft (not what I bought it for. The insulation looks as if it has not been finished properly as it is lose in the frame and will likely need taping in place.

The delivery was quick but the product quality was disappointing. The lid is not flat and therefore does not fit snugly against the frame. Also, the foam insulation has become detached from the lid within days of fitting. The adhesive or bonding method between the insulation and the lid is inadequate. Overall, I am left disappointed with the purchase.

Loft hatch, made to measur, perfect fit, looks great, well packaged and delivered on time. What more could you want?

We needed a custom size loft hatch and after reading other reviews decided to use Jupiter Blue. The website is easy to use and gives full information on how to measure to get exactly what you require. The lead time was short and the hatch arrived well-packaged and in good order. I did have to ask for fitting instructions and the pole was missing, but customer services replied within minutes with a pdf for fitting and the pole arrived within a few days. Fitting the hatch is a two-person job but easily done and it looks good. Would definitely recommend and we would not hesitate to use Jupiter Blueagain in the future.
